2020 was not a year for those with a weak heart. Travel was at a standstill and refunds were in abundance. Cruise ships were dry-docked and borders were closed.
Somehow during this pandemic, we managed to excel. By the grace of God and a strong and determined workforce, we prevailed and came out stronger for it.
